ARTSPIRE 2025 ART FAIR & SALE PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
Artspire La Crosse is an all-inclusive, free, community arts celebration that showcases the power of the arts to create unity in our diverse community. Artspire combines visual, performing, and literary arts in an outdoor format designed to represent and engage all elements and cultures of the area and promote the La Crosse area as an arts destination. The eleventh annual Artspire is June 14, 2025,
Artspire 2025 Artists Exhibits will be open Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. All booths must remain open for the entire length of the show.
Exhibitors must be at least 18 years of age.
All artwork must be acceptable for viewing by the general public. In the case of questionable content, the artist may be asked to remove the work from view.
Seller must be the creating artist. Mechanical reproductions of artist’s original work may be sold, but must be labeled as “Reproduction” on the work. Browse bins of reproductions may be labeled with one general sign rather than individually. Reproductions must be limited to 50% or less of display area.
Each artist is responsible for supplying & erecting their own white display booth. Tent/booth must be white and fit within the 10’ x 10’ area, including chairs, flip bins, and walk around space.
Booth space measures approximately 10’ x 10’ with a 3’ perimeter between booths.
Booths must be weighed down with weights or sandbags equaling at least 50 lbs. on each of the four corners. Make your own weights by following this tutorial: Art Fair Insider Weight Tutorial
Artist check-in begins at 6:00 am. All booth set up and vehicle removal must be completed by 9:00 am so Altra Artist Award jury can begin before 10:00am. A dedicated parking area for booth artists will be assigned at check-in.
